Palladium on carbon powder Catalysts

• 1.0-20.0 wt% Pd loading
• Supplied in water-wet form but if required can also be provided in water-free form
• Applicable for hydrogenation, deprotection reactions, dehydrogenation reactions, coupling reactions, etc.

Platinum on carbon powder catalysts

• 1.0-10.0 wt% Pt loading 
• Supplied in water-wet form or water-free form. sulfide platinum catalysts are also available.
• Applicable for hydrogenation, nitro-group reduction, reductive alkylation/amination, dehydrogenation, etc.
• Excellent available metal crystallites which deliver high activity and good filterability.

Rhodium on carbon powder catalysts

• 1.0 up to 5.0 wt% Rh loading
• Supplied in water-wet form but if required can also be provided in water-free form
• Highly active at low temperature and pressure in the hydrogenation of aromatic ring systems or nitrile groups. Typically hydrogenolyzable functional groups are well retained.
• Excellent available metal crystallites which deliver high activity and good filterability.

Ruthenium on carbon powder catalysts

• 1.0 up to 5.0 wt% Ru loading.
• Supplied in water-wet form but if required can also be provided in water-free form.
• Highly active in the hydrogenation of aromatic rings without the hydrogenolysis of any amino or hydroxy groups present at the ring. In addition, efficient carbonyl reduction to alcohol is achieved without hydrogenolysis of the formed C-O bond.
• Excellent available metal crystallites which deliver high activity and good filterability.

• The first lead-free alternatives for the famous Lindlar catalyst. 
• The activity is significantly higher compared to Lindlar catalysts allowing the metal loading into the reactor to be reduced by 90% while maintaining similar activity and selectivity as Lindlar catalysts. 
• The catalysts deliver significant cost-savings due to a tenfold lower requirement of palladium. 

• Excellent activity in nitro group reduction, preventing dehalogenation from taking place and at the same time no hydroxylamine is build up in the process. 
• As the metal crystallite size has been optimized for this specific reaction, the metal loading into the reactor can significantly be decreased.
•  Typically 25 to 40% less platinum can be used while maintaining similar activity as commonly used sulfided or vanadium-promoted platinum on carbon catalysts.
